Dear Customer, Thank you so much for coming to this page to check out our Delivery/ Self Pick Up & Timings. Kindly read and note the following:- 1) For most standard orders, we will require a lead time of 3 Clear Days before Delivery/ Self Pick Up by you. (3 Clear days means, eg. You order on a Monday, you would expect delivery/ self pick up on a Friday)
2) For Bulk Orders, we will require at least 1 month of lead time to prepare and process your order. Also to note, for Bulk orders, we do not accept any cancellations of order. Any cancellations of order will result in payment forfeited and non-refundable.
3) Should You have an Urgent same day order, a surcharge of $50 might be applicable on top of your order and standard delivery charge, however this is dependant on our work flow availability as well. Before you make any Urgent 1 Day Order, we suggest that you leave us a message on the contact form below for us to revert back to you first.
