How long is the order processing time?
Most regular orders needs at least 2-3 days ahead of lead time, before items are delivered to you. Your item is usually made a day before you receive it/ on the same day in order to give you the freshest possible taste and texture.
What is the Nobake Cheesecake? Or Nonbake Cheesecake?
A nobake cheesecake/ nonbake cheesecake simply means that the cheesecake has never been baked. Henceforth it's texture will not be as firm as the usual cheesecakes that is commonly sold outside where most of them are baked with eggs. After the batter is processed by us, the cake is sent to the chiller part of the fridge to set over a day. However, the texture of the nobake/ nonbake cheesecake is supposed to be mousse-like in texture, soft and fluffy. Some customers say, it melts in mouth almost like ice cream. Therefore, kindly note that if you were to order the cake, you need to refrigerate it at all times after collection between 1-3 degree celsius in the fridge, and only bring out when you are ready to eat. Also the cake is made with dairy cream, so from the day of collection, we suggest that you eat it the day you collect or at most the following day. While some customers do wish to keep in freezer, but the texture will not be the same thereafter.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you can cancel your order (Bulk Orders excepted) 3 days ahead before your expected delivery day of item to get your refund. Important to note that if we were to refund back to you, an admin charge of 7% will be borne by you. However, if you made an order eg. to be delivered on 21 Jan 2022 but you want to cancel on 20th Jan 2022 or on 21 Jan 2022, it's already too late as your order has been processed. Therefore, no refund will be made to you.

I have a bulk order, how should i order or if there is any discount?
For bulk orders, please contact us via our online form to specify on your type of goods, quantity and dateline for delivery. We will then draft a quotation out to you via email for consideration before you make any payment. **Kindly note, for bulk orders, we do not accept any cancellations for bulk orders and we cannot process any refunds.
For the Barbie Doll Cake, can I pass you my own Doll ?
Most of the times, we will provide a standard doll depending on availability, however, if you do have a specific doll to go for, you can pass us your own doll and a $25 will be deducted from the price of the cake for you.
If I want a customised cake, are you open for suggestions ?
